Tips for Successful Car hire

When booking a car check to see if there is a mileage cap.

When collecting the car make sure you have the neccessary documentation such as a driving licence and a passport.

It is normal to be asked for a deposit when collecting the car.

Don't pay by cash, pay by credit card and this will only be charged if you break the rules or have an accident.

Always return the car with the correct amount of fuel. If you don't you will be charged a fuel excess.

If you have a child check to see if a car seat is included. Does the hirer prefit the car seat?

Consider purchasing an insurance policy to protect you from an excess claim should you have an accident.

Make sure you return the car before the end of the hire period. If you are late you will be charged.
